One of the mistakes we create on our Project Management that keeps us from being lean is planning for the job without regard to who will do the task and that person’s capability and interests.

A Project Management Rule: Stay close to your Customer.

The Project Management oversees the planning,  implementing,  quality control,  and reporting of status on a given project.

As the Project Management progresses,  the date estimate becomes more solid as each piece of the Project Management is examined and a more firm estimate as to how lenghty IT¹'ll catch to produce the individual pieces.
